CUSTOMER CARE

We are thrilled to work with you and provide help, support and encouragement in your planning process.  The Sorella team will make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services.

RETURN POLICY

Event design themes and bundles are not refundable.  We know that this can create some apprehension when purchasing, however, due to the nature of our products there isn’t an option for returns.  If you purchased a theme and like a color from a different theme you saw on our website, don’t hesitate to ask! Have a question on a theme? Send us an email!  We love to help!

Services have a different set of policies.  We want to ensure that you are not only satisfied but feel relieved after working with us.  Your event planning is stressful enough, we don’t want to add to it!  Each service type has separate policies within the purchase.  The workshops can be cancelled up to 48 hours of the event with 100% refund guaranteed.  Within 48 hours, we will retain 50% of the workshop cost.  No shows for any service are not refundable, however we will accommodate rescheduling on an as needed basis.
