Official Rules of Giveaways or Contests "Campaigns"
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1) Eligibility: Giveaways or Contests ("Campaign") are open to anyone and who. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2) Agreement: By participating, the Contestant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sorella and its parent company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3) Campaign Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting at the beginning of the contest period as deemed by Sorella owners and all entries must be received by the designated deadline specified by each campaign. All online entries must be received by 11:59 pm PST on the designated deadline.
4) How to Enter: Current subscribers are automatically entered into the campaign as a benefit (see "Email Subscriptions" in these terms for more detail).
5) Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a product at the owner's discretion (approximate retail value not to exceed $50.00, however owner has full discretion). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sorella and its parent company. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sorella to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6) Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7) Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by a random drawing. Winner will be announced via social media and notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Sorella shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The Winner cannot win a campaign more than once in a 12-month period. Notification of winning will be sent to the winner and will be asked to complete or confirm the address information. Two attempts by email will be made with a deadline to claim the prize. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the designated deadline, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (SORELLA'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Sorella Event Designs ("Sorella", "we", "ours") is a limited liability company and owns and operates this website. Sorella may at any time change the terms that govern your use of our site. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and any such changes. You also agree to all applicable laws and regulations (including export and re-export control laws), and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. By accessing or using this website or placing an order, user agrees to be bound by these terms, including the warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and termination provisions below. If you do not agree to these Terms of use, do not use the website.
Sorella has the right to refuse and/or change any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Any access or attempted access of other areas of Sorella's computer systems or other information contained therein for any purpose is strictly prohibited. User agrees not to interfere in any way with others' use of or access to this website or to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or unusually large load on this website. Purchase Policy
To purchase any products and/or services on this website or in person, user must be legally permitted to enter into a legally binding contract (at least (18) years old in most jurisdictions). Prior to the purchase of any product or service on this website or in person, user must provide a valid credit card number (or other payment method acceptable to Sorella). Related payment information includes all of the following: (i) User's name exactly as it appears on the credit card, (ii) User's credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge the user's credit card. By submitting that information, user hereby authorizes Sorella to charge user's credit card for such purchases.
Limitation of Warranty and Damages

Sales Tax
Sorella is a limited liability company with its parent company located in the State of Oregon. Oregon does not collect sales tax. Sorella has no physical presence or store front in any other state, therefore Sorella is not required to collect and remit sales tax for the products and services purchased through the website. However, many states require that their residents file a sales or use tax return for merchandise or services purchased online. User should consult with their accountant or CPA regarding sales tax.
Returns
By placing an order on this website, user indicates that the user has read and agrees to Sorella's Return Policy (this policy). Due to the nature of the product as an electronic download, there is no option for a return. Workshops and services are at the discretion of the buyer for inspiration purposes. Sorella will make every effort to ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed, however, all sales are final. Workshops may be cancelled by the user 48 hours prior to the schedule event. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive 50% refund on the workshop. No shows on the workshops or any services are not refundable. Sorella may cancel a workshop at anytime and will be fully refundable to the user.

Members & Email Subscription
Users can sign up for our email list in order to receive information about our newest collections, campaigns, exclusive promotional offers and incentives. Sorella only sends messages to users whom previously signed-up or completed a purchase. By signing-up, users agree to the use of the email address as communication and consent to be a member "insider" of Sorella. As an insider, members will receive special promotions, automatic entry to campaigns, announcements, and other items as it relates to Sorella and its affiliates.

Unless otherwise noted, the trademarks, logos, photography, brand names and service marks used on this website and products either with cost or without, are owned by Sorella or by third parties that have licensed their use to Sorella. User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sorella, its owners, its corporate affiliates and partners, and their affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to user’s breach of these terms or user’s access to or use of this website and any transactions including campaign's under user’s affected account including user name and/or password and/or contact list sign-up. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and this Website and any merchandise or service provided to user arising out of or relating to user’s use of this website. The following is included under this clause:

To the extent that any lawsuit is permitted under this Agreement, the parties hereby expressly consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts or other applicable courts located within the state or province (as applicable) of the principal place of business of Sorella.

Independent Contractor Relationship. The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors. Neither party will have authority to contract for or bind the other party in any manner whatsoever.

Vendors. Sorella is not financially or legally responsible for any issues that may arise due to 3rd party vendor error. Client must sign separate agreement(s) with each 3rd party vendor and Sorella is released of any liability financially or physically.
Affiliated Sites
Sorella has no control over and no liability for any third-party websites or materials. Sorella reserves the right to work with a number of partners whose Internet sites may be linked with the Site. Sorella accepts no control over the content and performance of these partner and affiliate sites, and makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of the information provided by such sites, and Sorella assumes no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content that may reside on those sites.
